Valid for two coffee refills per day.

Subscription requires the purchase or Prova reusable mug or tumbler. Prova mug or tumbler must be utilized for all redemptions.

Daily redemptions are subject to the restaurant's regular business operating hours, generally Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, closed most Federal and Bank Holidays.

Daily coffee program benefits are valid only for the individual person enrolled in the plan.

Payment is automatically charged to your credit or debit card on the 1st of every month. The 1st month will be prorated.

Any price change from Prova will be communicated with 10 days notice prior to the 1st of the following month.

To ensure value to all unlimited hot and cold coffee club members, Prova may continue the introductory rate or apply other discounts off the retail rate for lower-than-average users.

You may cancel the Hot or Cold Coffee plan at any time after the first full month charge by speaking with the Prova manager.

Cancellation must be made 5 days prior to the start of the following month.

Canceling does not entitle you to full or partial refunds or credits, but your coffee club membership will be valid for the remainder of the current paid month.

Unlimited coffee program members with little or no usage in a given month are not entitled to refunds or credits.

Prova retains the right to discontinue any customer’s participation in either the Hot or Cold Coffee Package for any reason.

The terms and conditions of this agreement, including monthly rate, are subject to change.

If the restaurant is closed due to holidays, staffing challenges or extreme weather, Coffee Club members are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Introductory offers are not available to current/former coffee club members.
